This page outlines our shipping and return policy for The Miller Group Pop-Up Shop.
Please note that all orders are shipped directly to your nearest Miller Office location for in-person pickup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges only, no refunds or mailed returns. Please see below for more details.
Shipping
All items ordered through The Miller Group Pop-Up Shop will be delivered to your nearest Miller office locations (kindly note to select the shipping address from the drop-down selection)
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email notification.
Please note:

We do not ship to individual home addresses.
Returns
All exchange requests must be made within 7 days after receiving the order
All exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging attached.
Return Process
To return an item for exchange:

Bring the item and drop to Miller Head Office (address provided below) and a copy of your order confirmation to:

All exchanges must be made in person.
We do not accept exchanges by mail or courier.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds.
All sales are final, with the exception of eligible exchanges processed in person at Head Office.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Items that have been worn or used

Items missing original tags or packaging
For defective or damaged items, please contact us at popupstoreorders@millergroup.ca to arrange an exchange.
